Here at HCDC we have classes to suit all ages and standards…Beginners our specialty!! Enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where learning to dance is fun and stress-free.

Whether you just want to have fun, meet new friends, lean that particular dance for a special occasion or just to become a healthier , fitter you, then come along and join in one of our friendly classes with an experienced, qualified teacher ready to assist you reach your goals.

To help you understand what dances are involved under the categories of Latin, Ballroom, we break it down below:

Whichever the style, they are all partner dancing, meaning two people dancing together, however you do not need to have a partner to come to dance class as there are many people there to dance with…..but Enjoyment is essential!!

Separate classes for children and adults. Except on social evenings when it is a family affair.

We cater for the absolute beginner who has the two left feet through to the more advanced dancer, so don’t be afraid to come along……there is definitely a class for you and you would be surprised at the number of people who think they have two left feet but actually it is really a matter of simply not knowing how!..... We can show you how!

Medal/Exam Classes:

If you want to get more serious about your Latin/Ballroom dancing then there are Medal/Exam classes.

These classes concentrate on more specific technique, including footwork, head and arm lines, Taking you through levels in a systematic way to help you develop your dance skills.

Private classes

Private lessons are also available for those who prefer to learn on their own or would like to have extra one on one tuition.
